THE FLOYER ISSUE

The Floyer Issue is an independent digital magazine created by Floyer, combining music, photography, characters and editorial storytelling.

Each issue begins with a song and explores an idea, character or perspective from it through original photography, writing and magazine-style imagery.

Part visual companion, part fictional publication, each issue can be read on its own or alongside the music.

Before the release of The Last Tickets To The Show, a special edition of The Floyer Issue offers an exclusive introduction to the production.

Ten pages of editorial photography, theatrical imagery and a formal invitation.

The first Floyer Issue introduces The Voyeur, a character from Neighbours who watches the lives of strangers from a distance.

Through photography and editorial storytelling, the issue explores observation, curiosity and the strange intimacy of knowing people who don’t know you.

Created alongside Neighbours.

The second Floyer Issue introduces The Forgotten, a character from The Stories I Wrote.

Through writing, photography and unfinished pages, the issue explores what happens to the things we create when nobody seems to notice them.

Created alongside The Stories I Wrote.

The third Floyer Issue introduces The Shadow, a presence from Shadow In The Dark that exists somewhere between fear, memory and comfort.

Through dark photography and editorial imagery, the issue explores the uncertainty of seeing something in the darkness and not knowing whether it is real.

Created alongside Shadow In The Dark.

The Archive

Each Floyer Issue is its own piece, created around a particular song, character or idea.

Together, the issues form an evolving archive of Floyer’s photography, writing and visual storytelling. New issues may appear when a song has another story worth telling.
