Delivery estimates include both production and shipping time. As each piece is made to order, delivery times may occasionally vary depending on destination, production capacity and local postal services.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates may sometimes take a little time to appear after dispatch.
International Orders & Customs
Most orders are produced locally or regionally where possible. However, some orders may occasionally be fulfilled internationally.
Customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country and how the order is fulfilled. Where such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact Floyer as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Delays
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, carrier disruption, severe weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Made to Order
Floyer pieces are produced individually when an order is placed rather than held as mass-produced stock. This helps avoid unnecessary inventory while allowing pieces to be fulfilled internationally.
