Floyer is a British singer, songwriter and producer making gothic alternative synth-pop.

Combining dark electronic production, atmospheric vocals and emotive songwriting, her music moves between intimate, understated moments and darker, more dramatic arrangements.

A DIY artist working largely independently, Floyer writes and produces her own music and leads the creative direction behind the project, from recording and release planning to artwork, photography, video and live performance, with occasional help from friends and collaborators.

Storytelling is an important part of her work, but each release is given its own identity rather than following one fixed concept. Selected songs have also developed into wider creative projects, including The Floyer Issue, an independent digital magazine combining music, photography and editorial storytelling, and The Floyer Character Study, a series of original character-led monologues and short films.

Alongside a growing catalogue of independent releases and live performances, Floyer’s music has received early support from Amazing Radio.
